Welcome to the Wetlands and Stormwater Branch.  The Branch is comprised of five units: 

401 Oversight/Express Permitting Unit

This Unit implements the state waters, wetlands and riparian buffer regulatory programs.

This Unit assists the NC DOT with the planning and permitting of their projects.
