Welcome to the Wetlands and Stormwater Branch.  The Branch is comprised of five units: 

401 Oversight/Express Permitting Unit

This Unit implements the state waters, wetlands and riparian buffer regulatory programs.

This Unit assists the NC DOT with the planning and permitting of their projects.

This Unit administers state stormwater management programs and the federal NPDES stormwater management program.
