Note: The FY2013 319 Grant RFP is soliciting restoration projects in impaired watersheds. A list of the state's impaired waterbody segments is available at this link: http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ps/mtu/assessment . A list of North Carolina 9-element watershed restoration plans associated with the 319 program that can be used to guide restoration efforts is available at this link: http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ps/nps/319program/nc-watershed-plans . NEW FY 2013 319 Grant Application 9-Element Watershed Based Plan Guidance (Simplified) Quality Assurance Project Plans: Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPP) are required for all projects that propose a monitoring component. The QAPP template can be found below, as well as examples of QAPP's that can be used for Non-Use Support and Use Support. Use Support QAPP's are those that propose monitoring that is intended for DWQ to make impairment ratings on the states waterbodies. Those applicants seeking to write Use Support QAPP's should contact the 319 Program for additional technical guidance.
