DWQ Assessment Methodology Public Comment Instructions:

The North Carolina Division of Water Quality is seeking public comment on the water quality assessment methodology. The assessment methodology, in conjunction with water quality standards and water quality data, is used to determine whether waters are impaired or not impaired.

Interested parties may use the form below or email comments to andy.painter@ncdenr.gov by November 26, 2012. Please note that assessment methods must be consistent with current EPA Guidance and North Carolina water quality standards. Commenters are encouraged to review the following documents before submitting comments.
