The listing methodology, in conjunction with water quality standards and water quality data, is used to determine whether waters are impaired and require a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL), or TMDL alternative. Public comments will be considered by DWR staff.
Interested parties may email comments to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep in mind that the listing methodology must be consistent with Federal and State requirements, including North Carolina water quality standards.
