WHAT: A public hearing to receive comments on the proposed reclassification of a section of the Roanoke River in Bertie and Martin counties to Water Supply IV in order to construct a new drinking water intake for Martin County and the town of Williamston so that they can meet the requirements of the Central Coastal Plain Capacity Use Area.
