Permits

The Infrastructure Finance Section Design Management Unit issues sewer extension permits and Authorizations to Construct (ATCs).

All projects that are being funded through Infrastructure Finance Section administered funding assistance programs must be permitted through the Infrastructure Finance Section and receive approval of plans and specifications for funding.
