2/5/13 - Clean Water State Revolving Fund Application Submittal Deadline March 1, 2013

The CWSRF program is soliciting applications for funding due Friday, March 1, 2013.  Project applications must be received in our office by close of business (5 pm) on March 1, 2013.  Application materials can be found on our website.

 

3/30/12 - Final Project List for March 2012 CWSRF Applications

The Infrastructure Finance Section has completed reviews of the March 2012 CWSRF applications.  Below is the final project list.  Notification letters of either a Notice of Intent to Fund or a Notice of Unsuccessful Application are being mailed to all applicants.  Projects on the final project list that include a funding amount in the Green Project Reserve, Principal Forgiveness, and/or CWSRF Base columns are those that will receive Notice of Intent to Fund letters.

3/28/12 - 2012 CWSRF Intended Use Plan Public Meeting April 10, 2012

The North Carolina Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) is currently soliciting comments on the draft Intended Use Plan (IUP) for Federal Fiscal Year 2012.  A public meeting will be held on April 10, 2012 at 10 am in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building.  More information can be found at http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ifs/fap/cwsrf/2012-cwsrf-intended-use-plan

7/27/11 - Public Review of CWSRF Intended Use Plan

The Construction Grants and Loans Section is seeking comments concerning the North Carolina Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program’s draft Intended Use Plan (IUP) for the 2011 Federal Capitalization Grant including the Integrated Priority Rating System and State Project list.  The IUP describes how the CWSRF will be administered for this capitalization grant cycle in conjunction with the grant and operating agreements between the State and EPA.  More information can be found at http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ifs/fap/cwsrf/2011-cwsrf-intended-use-plan

9/1/2010 - New Engineering Report/EID Guidance Available

The guidance for preparing Engineering Reports and Environmental Information Documents has been substantially revised to reflect changes in the funding programs and expanded coverage of additional types of projects.  Be sure to check out the newest Guidance and additional forms and tables in the Toolbox to help you prepare your ER/EID.

4/22/10 - Reminder: SRF Letters of Intent to Apply Due April 30th

To be eligible for CWSRF funding a project or project applicant must be included on the State Project List. The Construction Grants and Loans Section is requesting Letters of Intent to Apply for CWSRF funding from all potential, eligible recipients. The Construction Grants and Loans Section will accept Letters of Intent to Apply for funding until the close of business on April 30, 2010.

 

3/15/10 - SRF Public Hearing
