2009/2010 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Intended Use Plan

The Construction Grants and Loans Section is in the process of revising North Carolina's CWSRF program to fully implement an integrated priority rating system.  Program changes are detailed in the 2009/2010 Intended Use Plan (IUP) and the supporting documents linked below. 

 

To be eligible for CWSRF funding a project or project applicant must be included on the State Project List.
