Guidance for preparing Engineering Reports and EIDs

News:  The ER/EID guidance has been updated as of September 2011.

The guidance for preparing an Engineering Report (ER) and Environmental Information Document (EID) has recently been revised to reflect changes to the funding programs and to expand coverage to different types of projects.  Please note the following: 

  • For ease of use, zip files have been prepared that contain all of the information needed to complete an ER/EID for each type of project.  Types of projects are listed in the table below.
  • Individual section and appendix files are also available for download.
  • The Toolbox link will go to a page containing individual spreadsheets and forms that may be needed individually.

4/19/12:  The ER/EID guidance has been updated to reflect changes in the present worth analysis workbook. Please use the updated guidance for all ERs/EIDs for the March 2012 application cycle (CWSRF) and all ERs/EIDs for SEL/SRL/STAG that will be submitted after May 1, 2012.
