Infrastructure Finance Section

The Infrastructure Finance Section (formerly the Construction Grants and Loans Section) administers funding programs for publicly owned sewer collection, wastewater treatment, and clean water green infrastructure projects.  The Section also issues Authorizations to Construct, Sewer Permits, and administers the Tax Certification process.

The Section administers three major funding programs that assist local governments by providing low interest loans or grant funds for wastewater treatment projects:
