The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Tideland News Topsail Voice Black and Veatch Corp. of Alpharetta, Georgia requests to renew permit NPDES NC0084395 for ABC One-Hour Cleaners GW-REM system, Jacksonville, Onslow County, discharging remediated groundwater to Northeast Creek, White Oak River Basin. The parameters Total Suspended Solids (TSS), trichloroethylene (TCE), tetrachloroethene (PCE), Vinyl Chloride, Total Arsenic, Total Chromium, and Total Nickel are water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations to this receiving stream
