The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following: Carteret County News-Times & Topsail Voice The Town of Beaufort has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0021831 for discharge of treated wastewater from its Waste Water Treatment Plant (NCSR 1412) to Taylor Creek in the White Oak River Basin. Total Residual Chlorine, Fecal Coliform, and Enterococci, are water quality limited . This discharge may impact future allocations in this portion of White Oak River Basin.
