The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following: Sampson Independent The Town of Newton Grove (PO Box 4, Newton Grove, NC 28366) has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0072877 for the Newton Grove WWTP in Sampson County. This permitted facility discharges treated wastewater to Beaverdam Swamp in the Cape Fear River Basin. Some parameters may be water quality limited, which may affect future allocations in this portion of the Cape Fear River Basin.
