The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following: Wilmington Star News New Hanover County [3002 Highway 421N, Wilmington, NC 28401] has requested renewal of permit NC0049743 for the New Hanover County Landfill WWTP in New Hanover County. This facility discharge is treated leachate wastewater to the NE Cape Fear River in the Cape Fear River Basin. BOD, TSS, total arsenic, total chromium, total cyanide, total nickel, and total selenium are water quality limited parameters. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Cape Fear River Basin.
