WHAT: Thurman Jessup (6633 Brush Creek Farm Road, Bennett, NC 27208) has applied for the renewal of coverage under the non-discharge Swine Waste Management System NPDES General Permit (NCA200000) for the Thurman Jessup Farm (Facility No.19-43) in Chatham County. This facility is currently permitted under the NPDES Swine Waste Management System General Permit (NCA200000; COC No. NCA319043) and applies treated wastewater to adjacent sprayfields.
