Name: Public Hearing for proposed change to 1,1- dichloroethylene groundwater standard

WHAT: A public hearing is scheduled to gather comment on a proposed amendment to the groundwater standard for 1,1 - dichloroethylene. Three options are to be presented at the hearing - a summary of these, as well as the public notice, are available by clicking the link below. WHERE: The hearing will be held in the Archdale Building - Ground Floor Hearing Room, 512 N. Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC 27604. WHEN: The hearing is scheduled on May 23, 2012 and will begin at 6:30 p.m. Speaker registration will begin at 6 p.m. The comment period ends July 2, 2012.
