Name: 2009 - 2010 Draft Clean Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan

WHEN: 2 p.m.; registration for speakers begins at 1:30 p.m. WHAT: DWQ's Construction Grants and Loans Section is in the process of revising North Carolina's CWSRF program to fully implement an integrated priority rating system. Proposed program changes are detailed in the 2009-2010 Draft Intended Use Plan (IUP) and the supporting documents. CG&L wishes to obtain public comments on the draft IUP for the 2009-2010 Federal Capitalization Grant appropriations, the state Project List and the revised Integrated Priority Rating System for projects to be funded through the CWSRF. Those who wish to speak at the hearing should register and bring a typewritten copy of the statement. Oral comments will be limited to three minutes. Written comments may also be presented at the hearing or by sending comments to the address found on the left of this page. The comment period ends April 7.
