The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following: Goldsboro News Argus Town of Mount Olive (P.O. Box 939, NC 28365) applied to renew permit NC0003051 for the Mt Olive WTP #3, Wayne County, to discharge filter-backwash to the NE Cape Fear River, Cape Fear River Basin. Currently total residual chlorine (TRC) is water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of the Cape Fear River Basin.
