The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Reidsville Review Vulcan Construction Materials, LP (PO Box 4239, Winston-Salem, NC 27511-4239) has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0027987 for the Stoneville Quarry WWTP in Rockingham County. This permitted facility discharges treated wastewater to an unnamed tributary to Buffalo Creek in the Roanoke River Basin. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Roanoke River Basin.
