The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Sampson Independent The Town of Roseboro WWTP (NC0026816) has applied for renewal of its NPDES permit discharging to Little Coharie Creek in the Cape Fear River Basin. Discharge parameters BOD5, fecal coliform, and Total Residual Chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations to this receiving stream.
