Name: *REVISED* NPDES Standard Conditions

The Division of Water Quality announces its latest version of the standard conditions for NPDES wastewater permits. Changes were made in response to comments provided by permittees, their representatives, and the DWQ staff since the 7/1/2009 version first went into use. This new version has been reviewed by the US EPA Region 4, and the NPDES units will include the new version on all draft permits beginning November 1, 2011. A copy of the new Standard Conditions may be downloaded below, along with a copy showing annotated changes.
