The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Wilmington Star News Vopak Terminal, 1710 Woodbine Street, Wilmington, NC has requested renewal of permit NC0073172 for its WWTP in New Hanover County. This permitted facility discharges treated stormwater/wastewater to Cape Fear River in the Cape Fear River Basin. Currently Oil & Grease and TSS are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the Cape Fear River.
