The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Chatham News The County of Chatham (P.O. Box 910, Pittsboro, NC 27312-0910) has applied for renewal of NPDES permit number NC0084093 for the Jordan Lake WTP in Chatham County. This permitted facility discharges filter-backwash wastewater to in the New Hope River (Jordan Lake) in the Cape Fear River Basin. Currently total residual chlorine is water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Cape Fear River Basin.
