The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Hickory Daily Record The City of Lenoir requested renewal of permit NC0044164 for the Lake Rhodhiss Water Treatment Facility in Caldwell County. This permitted facility discharges water treatment filter-backwash wastewater to in Lake Rhodhiss in the Catawba River Basin. Currently total residual chlorine is water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of Lake Rhodhiss.
