The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Charlotte Observer Statesville Record & Landmark Southern States Cooperative, Inc. has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0082821 for its Statesville Fertilizer Plant in Iredell County. This permitted facility discharges remediated groundwater to Fourth Creek in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin. Currently, ammonia nitrogen is water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the watershed.
