WHAT: Seeking input on issues relating to state regulations that govern wastewater and groundwater laboratory certification. Meetings will open with presentation about proposed rule changes and then be focused on stakeholder feedback. WHEN: Jan. 6, 20100 from 1-3 p.m. WHERE: Charles Mack Citizen Center (Mooresville Civic Center), 215 N. Main St., Mooresville, N.C. REQUEST: Please let us know if you will be attending the meeting by sending an e-mail to david.livingston@ncdenr.gov. Reservation not necessary but would be appreciated.NOTE: These meetings are not a substitute for public hearings. Public hearings will be held later in the process. These meetings are intended to allow the laboratory community the opportunity to voice their comments, concerns and opinions before the final draft of the proposed rules.
