Main St), Stanly County, applied to renew NPDES permit NC0088676 for the Norwood WTP to discharge treated filter backwash to Lake Tillery, Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin. Currently, Total Residual Chlorine is water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations to the receiving stream.
