The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Asheville Citizen-Times ReProp Financial Mortgage Investors, LLC & Diversified Lending Group, Inc. 4711 Viewridge Avenue, Suite #270 requested renewal of permit NC0080098 for Linville Falls Mountain Club Preserve in McDowell County; this permitted discharge is treated domestic wastewater to North Fork Catawba River, in the Catawba River Basin. Currently BOD, TSS, NH3, DO, Oil & Grease are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of North Fork of the Catawba River.
