The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Charlotte Observer BP Products North America, LLC requests renewal of permit NC0021971 for Charlotte BP Terminal / Paw Creek, Mecklenburg County; to discharge treated stormwater/wastewater to UT of Paw Creek, Catawba River Basin. Currently, the parameter Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) is water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations to the receiving stream.
