The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Fayetteville Observer Moore County Public Utilities (Moore County WWTP, NC0037508) has applied for renewal and modification to increase capacity to 10 MGD for its permit discharging into Aberdeen Creek located within the Lumber River Basin. BOD5, TSS, ammonia, fecal coliform, total residual chlorine, and mercury are water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations to the receiving stream.
