The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): News and Observer Aqua North Carolina, Inc. has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0038784 for the Neuse River Village WWTP in Wake County. This permitted facility discharges treated domestic wastewater to the Neuse River in the Neuse River Basin. Currently, total residual chlorine is water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Neuse River Basin.
