The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): News and Observer Carolina Water Service, Inc. of North Carolina (P.O. Box 240908, Charlotte, NC 28224) has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0051322 for the Ashley Hills WWTP in Wake County. This permitted facility discharges 0.25 MGD treated wastewater to Poplar Creek in the Neuse River Basin. Currently, BOD, ammonia-nitrogen, phosphorus, total residual chlorine, and radiological components are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Neuse River Basin.
