The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): News and Observer Aqua North Carolina, Inc. has applied for renewal of NPDES Permit NC0060577 for the Beachwood WWTP in Wake County. This permitted facility discharges treated domestic wastewater into the Neuse River in the Neuse River Basin. Currently, BOD, ammonia-nitrogen and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the receiving stream.
