The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Herald Sun Courier-Times Eaton Corporation(2564 Durham Road, Roxboro, NC 27573) has applied for renewal of its NPDES permit NC0003379 for Eaton Roxboro facility in Person County. This permitted facility discharges treated non-contact cooling water, stormwater, and groundwater to an unnamed tributary to the North Flat River in the Neuse River Basin. Currently, temperature, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, turbidity, total residual chlorine, and pH are water quality limited parameters. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Neuse River Basin.
