The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Asheville Citizen-Times Graham Star Coldwater Farms, Inc., 4765 Snowbird Road, Robbinsville, applied to renew permit NC0079090 for discharge to Snowbird Creek, a Class C-Trout waterbody within the Little Tennessee River Basin, Graham County. Currently, the parameters Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and Settleable Solids (SS) are water-quality limited. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of Snowbird Creek.
