The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Herald Sun Aqua North Carolina, Inc. has applied for renewal of NPDES permit NC0059099 for the Lake Ridge Aero Paek WWTP in Durham County. This permitted facility discharges treated domestic wastewater to an unnamed tributary to the Panther Creek arm of Falls Lake in the Neuse River Basin. Currently BOD, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Neuse River Basin.
