The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Coastland Times Town of Columbia [P. O. Box 361, Columbia, NC 27915-00361] has requested renewal of permit NC0007510 for Columbia WTP in Tyrrell County. This permitted discharge is treated backwash and rinse wastewater to an unnamed tributary to the Scuppernong River in the Pasquotank River Basin. Currently, total residual chlorine is water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the Pasquotank River Basin.
