The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Tideland News Topsail Voice USMC Camp Lejeune, TC-341 Pipeline GW-REM, applied for NPDES Permit NC0089214 to discharge treated groundwater to a UT to Brinson Creek, SW of Jacksonville, Onslow County. The following parameters are water-quality limited: Benzene, Total Recoverable Phenolics, Ethylbenzene, Toluene, Total Xylenes, bis-(2-ethlyhexy)phthalate, Naphthalene, TCE, and Total PAHs. This discharge may affect future wasteload allocations to the receiving stream.
