The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Reidsville Review The City of Reidsville has requested renewal of permit NC0024881 for its Reidsville WWTP in Rockingham County. This permitted facility discharges treated municipal wastewater to Haw River in the Cape Fear River Basin. Currently, CBOD, ammonia-nitrogen, total residual chlorine, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and fecal coliform are water-quality limited parameters. This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of the Haw River.
