The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): News and Observer Mr. Harvey Murphrey (808 Eagle Rock Road, Knightdale, NC 27545) requested renewal of NPDES Permit NC0040266 for the Knightdale Estates MHP in Wake County. This facility discharges treated domestic wastewater into an unnamed tributary to the Neuse River in the Neuse River Basin. Currently BOD, ammonia nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, fecal coliform, and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in the Neuse River Basin.
