The Division has made an attempt to post notices in the following newspaper(s): Asheville Citizen-Times Sylva Herald & Ruralite The Jackson County Board of Education [398 Hospital Road, Sylva, NC 28779] has applied for renewal of permit NC0066958 for its Blue Ridge School WWTP. This permitted facility discharges treated domestic wastewater to Hurricane Creek in the Little Tennessee River Basin. Currently fecal coliform and total residual chlorine are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of Hurricane Creek.
