To All Interested Parties:

As of July 1, 2011, the Aquifer Protection Section Express Review Program will be unavailable until further notice.  The Program is being evaluated to determine what level of staff and resources may be available to provide this service during the 2011-12 Fiscal Year.  This webpage will be updated once the evaluation is complete and the direction of the program has been determined.  If you have questions, please contact  Jon Risgaard at (919) 807-6458 or  for additional information.
