Yard Waste NotificationThe Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section, has made a change to the annual notification renewal process. Starting in 2013 both yard waste notified facilities and T & P notified facilities will use the same Yard Waste Facility Notification form, which has been modified. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 13B .1402(g)(3), the owner or operator of any Type 1 Yard Waste Facility which occupies less than two acres of land and, processes and stores less than 6,000 cubic yards of material quarterly shall submit a Yard Waste Facility Notification form to the Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section by June 1st of each year.
