DWM DSCA Public Notices
DSCA Statutes require a public notice and comment period for any remediation strategy that relies in part on land use restrictions. The strategy used to address risks posed by contamination at a DSCA site is documented in a Risk Management Plan (RMP). RMPs listed below are currently open for public review and comment. Anyone wishing to comment must provide comments in accordance with the public notice announcement for the related RMP.
