Administration of State Purchasing Card Program, providing training for cardholders, reconciliation training, assist with lost cards, resolution of account disputes, liaison with issuing bank and DENR.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES/ADA FACILITY COMPLIANCE:
Administration of design/construction processes, designer selections, informal construction contract awards, change order approvals, document executions, liaison between Department of Administration, State Construction Office, Department of Insurance and the Department.
PARKING/GO-PASS/STATE TELEPHONE CREDIT CARDS:
Assignment of allocated parking spaces to departmental employees, process telephone credit card requests, liaison with Department of Administration/parking coordinator.
SURPLUS PROPERTY/I.D. BADGE ACCESS CARDS:

Administration of acquisition/disposition or real property policy/procedures, agency leases, specifications development, advertisements for space, site visits, document preparation, property equipment and liability insurance coverage, liaison with Department of Administration, State Property Office, Department of Insurance and the Department.
