Seafood Extravaganza A favorite recipe of Fajita Mike’s at Sammy’s Seafood and Oyster Bar

3 oz scallions
2 oz crab meat
3 oz cooking wine
6 oz angel hair pasta
2 oz butter
4 oz sliced mushrooms
2 oz fresh parmesan
4 cherry tomatoes cut in halves
Pinch oregano, parsley, and basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Place butter, cooking wine, garlic, oregano, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes in sauté pan. While simmering, add the seafood to the pan. Cook until the shrimp are a nice orange. Then add the scallions.
Serve over angel hair pasta and top with fresh parmesan cheese.
