(a) Shallotte River – All those waters in Shallotte River upstream of a line beginning at a point 33° 55.6349' N - 78° 22.1888' W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 33° 55.7467' N - 78° 21.6412' W on the east shore near Shell Point, to include the Swash.

(b) Shallotte Creek – All those waters in Shallotte Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 33° 55.7467' N - 78° 21.6412' W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 33° 55.6022' N - 78° 21.5270' W on the south shore near Windy Point.

(c) Tripps Boatyard Area – All those waters bordered on the south by a line beginning at a point 33° 54.8199' N - 78° 22.5838' W on the shore west of the basin; running easterly to a point 33° 54.8293' N - 78° 22.5190' W on the shore east of the basin.

(d) Holden Beach Area – All those waters along Holden Beach bordered on the north by a line beginning at a point 33° 54.7851 N - 78° 20.1684’ W on Holden Beach, running northerly to a point 33° 54.8140’ N - 78° 20.1695’ W in the Intracoastal Waterway, thence running easterly to a point 33° 54.8238’ N - 78° 20.0485’ W in the Intracoastal Waterway, thence running southerly to a point 33° 54.7994’ N - 78° 20.0459’ W along the shoreline, thence running easterly following the shoreline to a point 33° 54.8582’ N - 78° 19.3755’ W, thence running easterly across the mouth of the creek to a point 33° 54.8591’ N - 78° 19.3296’ W, thence running easterly following the shoreline to a point 33° 54.8877’ N - 78° 19.0486’ W, thence running easterly across the mouth of the creek to a point 33° 54.8852’ N - 78° 19.0250’ W, thence running easterly along the shoreline to a point 33° 54.9236’ N - 78° 18.4958’ W at the permanent closure line near IWW Beacon “59”, to include the canals near Swordfish Drive on Holden Beach.

(e) Intracoastal Waterway Area – All those waters bordered on the west by a straight line beginning at a point 33° 55.0172' N - 78° 18.4975' W on the north shore of the IWW; running southerly near IWW Beacon “59” to a point 33° 54.9236’ N - 78° 18.4958’ W on the south shore of the IWW; and bordered on the east by a straight line beginning at a point 33° 55.0034' N - 78° 16.2219' W on the north shore of the IWW; running southerly near IWW Beacon “51A” to a point 33° 54.9402' N - 78° 16.2224' W on the south shore of the IWW; to include the Sea Aire Boat Basin, the canals near Greensboro Street on Holden Beach, and the canals near Starfish Drive on Holden Beach.

(f) Inlet View Marina – All those waters within 150 feet of the last dockage space at Inlet View Marina beginning at a point 33° 54.9159’ N - 78° 22.3835’ W on the north shore; running easterly to a point 33° 54.9156’ N - 78° 22.3284’ W; running southerly to a point 33° 54.8069’ N - 78° 22.3292’ W; running westerly to a point 33° 54.8074’ N - 78° 22.4230’ W; running northerly to a point 33° 54.8410’ N - 78° 22.4229’ W on the shore.

(g) Holden Beach Marina – All those waters within 150 feet of the last dockage space at Holden Beach Marina beginning at a point 33° 55.0339' N - 78° 16.0829' W on the shore west of the marina; running southerly to a point 33° 54.9981' N - 78° 16.0701' W in the waterway; running easterly to a point 33° 55.0387' N - 78° 15.9072' W in the waterway; running northerly to a point 33° 55.0741' N - 78° 15.9199' W on the shore east of the marina.

(h) Saucepan Creek – All those waters in Saucepan Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 33° 54.6806’ N - 78° 22.8183’ W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 33° 54.5606’ N - 78° 22.9863’ W on the south shore.

(i) Sea Scape Marina – All those waters within 325 feet of the last dockage space at Sea Scape Marina beginning at a point 33° 55.2182’ N - 78° 14.7266’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 33° 55.2236’ N - 78° 14.7120’ W on the east shore.

(j) Hewetts Marina / Betty’s Restaurant – All those waters 100 feet from the dockage at Hewetts Marina and Betty’s Restaurant beginning at a point 33° 55.1299' N - 78° 15.5797' W on the shore west of the dockage; running southerly to a point 33° 55.1013' N - 78° 15.5799' W in the waterway; running easterly to a point 33° 55.1006' N - 78° 15.4646' W in the waterway; running northerly to a point 33° 55.1343' N - 78° 15.4643' W on the shore east of the dockage area.

(k) Old Ferry Seafood - All those waters within 100 feet from the dockage at Old Ferry Seafood beginning at a point 33° 55.1164' N - 78° 15.7486' W on the shore west of the dockage area; running southerly to a point 33° 55.0876' N - 78° 15.7489' W in the IWW; running easterly to a point 33° 55.0869' N - 78° 15.6279' W in the IWW; running northerly to a point 33° 55.1155' N - 78° 15.6276' W on the shore east of the dockage area.
