(a) Everett Creek – All those waters in Everett Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the creek beginning at a point 34° 07.0152’ N - 77° 52.3484’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 06.7917’ N - 77° 52.4435’ W on the south shore.

(b) All those waters south and west of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 03.6825’ N - 77° 53.4515’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 03.5933’ N - 77° 53.2844’ W on the east shore to include all of Carolina Beach Harbor and all of Snows Cut.

(c) Dolphin Bay Marina – All those waters within the marina at Dolphin Bay and extending beyond the dockage 200 feet beginning at a point 34° 04.1833' N - 77° 53.3025' W on the shore north of the marina; running easterly to a point 34° 04.1589' N - 77° 53.1958' W in the sound; running southerly to a point 34° 03.9993' N - 77° 53.2485' W in the sound; running westerly to a point 34° 04.0194' N - 77° 53.3363' W on the shore south of the marina.

(d) Inlet Point Harbor Marina – All those waters within Inlet Point Harbor marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 450 feet beginning at a point 34° 04.3429’ N - 77° 53.2648’ W on the shore north of the canal entrance; running easterly to a point 34° 04.3422’ N - 77° 53.1818’ W in the sound; running southerly to a point 34° 04.2411’ N - 77° 53.1832’ W in the sound; running westerly to a point 34° 04.2419’ N - 77° 53.2680’ W on the shore south of the canal entrance.

(e) Inlet Watch Yacht Club - All those waters within the Inlet Watch Yacht Club basin and extending 500 feet beyond the dockage facilities beginning at a point 34° 04.7152' N - 77° 53.1255' W on the shore north of the entrance canal; running easterly to a point
34° 04.7073' N - 77° 53.0694' W in the sound; running southerly to a point 34° 04.6140' N - 77° 53.0858' W in the sound; running westerly to a point 34° 04.6303' N - 77° 53.2014' W on the shore south of the entrance canal.

(f) Old Chimney Marina - All those waters within Old Chimney marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 150 feet beginning at a point 34° 05.1950’ N - 77° 52.9499’ W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 05.1719’ N - 77° 52.8960’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 05.0834’ N - 77° 52.9512’ W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 05.1134’ N - 77° 53.0217’ W on the south shore.

(g) Myrtle Grove Sound Area – All those waters bounded by a line beginning at a point 34° 06.2494’ N - 77° 52.6494’ W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 06.1869’ N - 77° 52.5595’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 05.7230’ N - 77° 52.7439’ W; running westerly to a point 34° 05.7326’ N - 77° 52.8709’ W on the south shore.

(h) The Tides Marina - All those waters within The Tides Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 325 feet beginning at a point 34° 06.4676’ N - 77° 52.7387’ W on the shore north of the marina; running easterly to a point 34° 06.4493’ N - 77° 52.6659’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 06.3354’ N - 77° 52.7071’ W; running westerly to a point 34° 06.3592’ N - 77° 52.8020’ W on the shore south of the marina.

(i) Peden Point Area – All those waters bounded by a line beginning at a point 34° 08.0570’ N - 77° 51.9753’ W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 08.0057’ N - 77° 51.7945’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 07.5625’ N - 77° 51.9694’ W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 07.6017’ N - 77° 52.1129’ W on the south shore near Peden Point, to include the Tangle Oaks and Sand Dollar Shores Marinas.

(j) Oceana Marina - All those waters within Oceana Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 500 feet beginning at a point 34° 03.6672’ N - 77° 53.1610’ W on the shore northeast of the marina; running northwesterly to a point 34° 03.7367’ N - 77° 53.2921’ W in the sound; running southwesterly to a point 34° 03.5015’ N - 77° 53.4722’ W in the sound; running southeasterly to a point 34° 03.4286’ N - 77° 53.3348’ W on the shore south of the marina.

(k) Masonboro Harbor Marina - All those waters within Masonboro Harbor Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 275 feet beginning at a point 34° 08.0939’ N - 77° 51.9977’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 08.0958’ N - 77° 51.9854’ W on the east shore.
