(b) Howe Creek Area – All those waters in the Intracoastal Waterway (IWW) and Howe Creek within a boundary beginning at a point 34° 15.2059' N - 77° 46.9367' W on the mainland north of Howe Creek; running southeasterly across the IWW to a point 34° 15.0893' N - 77° 46.7682' W on US Army Corps of Engineers dredge disposal island #241; running southwesterly to a point 34° 14.9749' N - 77° 46.8585' W on the southwest tip of the island; running southwesterly across the channel to a point 34° 14.8473' N - 77° 46.9681' W on the northwest tip of US Army Corps of Engineers dredge disposal island #242; running southwesterly to a point 34° 14.6492' N - 77° 47.1335' W on the Island; running northwesterly across the IWW to a point 34° 14.7976' N - 77° 47.4168' W on the mainland south of Howe Creek.

(c) Pages Creek / Fibbs Creek – All those waters of Pages and Fibbs Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 16.3824 - 77° 46.2340 on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 16.2218 - 77° 46.3123 on the south shore.

(d) Shinn Point – All those waters bordered on the east by a line beginning at a point 34° 11.5089' N - 77° 49.6846' W north of Shinn Point; running easterly to a point 34° 11.4973' N - 77° 49.6538' W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 11.4183' N - 77° 49.6977' W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 11.4403' N - 77° 49.7557' W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 11.3335' N - 77° 49.8554' W on the shore south of Shinn Point.

(e) Turtle Harbor Area – All those waters within the marina at Turtle Harbor and the surrounding canals beginning at a point 34° 11.8614’ N - 77° 49.4619’ W on the north shore of the marina canal; running southwesterly to a point 34° 11.8566’ N - 77° 49.4651’ W on the south shore of the marina canal; thence following the shoreline to a point 34° 11.8084’ N - 77° 49.4873’ W on the mainland; thence running southerly to a point 34° 11.7951’ N - 77° 49.4826’ W on the shore of the IWW; thence running southwesterly along the shoreline to a point 34° 11.5920’ N - 77° 49.6630’ W at the mouth of the canal; thence running southerly across the mouth of the canal to a point 34° 11.5662’ N - 77° 49.6753’ W on the mainland.

(f) Oakwinds Marina - All those waters within Harrelson’s Oakwinds Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 450 feet, to also include the canal north of the marina entrance, beginning at a point 34° 15.5974' N - 77° 46.5455’ W on the shore north of the marina entrance; running southeasterly to a point 34° 15.5682' N - 77° 46.4997' W in the sound; running southwesterly to a point 34° 15.4546' N - 77° 46.5977' W in the sound;
running southeasterly to a point 34° 15.4153' N - 77° 46.5400' W in the sound; running southwesterly to a point 34° 15.3025' N - 77° 46.6499' W in the sound; running northwesterly to a point 34° 15.3546' N - 77° 46.7315' W on the shore south of the marina entrance.

(g) Mason Landing Yacht Club - All those waters within Mason Landing Yacht Club and extending beyond the dockage facilities 325 feet beginning at a point 34° 15.8951' N - 77° 46.2913' W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 15.8323' N - 77° 46.2098' W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 15.7835' N - 77° 46.2560' W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 15.7914’ N - 77° 46.2699’ W on the south shore.

(h) Canady’s Marina / Mason’s Marina – All those waters within Canady’s Marina and Mason’s Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 250 feet beginning at a point 34° 16.2768' N - 77° 46.4155' W on the shore northwest of Mason’s Marina; running northeasterly to a point 34° 16.3187' N - 77° 46.3878' W in Pages Creek; running southeasterly to a point 34° 16.2268' N - 77° 46.1861' W in the creek; running southerly to a point 34° 16.1233' N - 77° 46.1939' W in the creek; running westerly to a point 34° 16.1231' N - 77° 46.2559' W on the shore south of Canady’s Marina.
