(b) Virginia Creek – All those waters upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 25.1692' N - 77° 35.5666' W on the northern shore of the creek; running southwesterly to a point 34° 24.9967' N - 77° 35.7280' W on the southern shore of the creek.

(c) Old Topsail Creek – All those waters in Old Topsail Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 21.7853’ N - 77° 40.9054’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 22.0170’ N - 77° 40.5040’ W on the east shore.

(d) Mill Creek – All those waters in Mill Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 20.6523’ N - 77° 42.0921’W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 20.3922’ N - 77° 42.2148’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 20.3415’ N - 77° 42.2459’ W on the south shore.

(e) Futch Creek – All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth of Futch Creek beginning at a point 34° 18.1562' N - 77° 44.3210' W on the northern shore of the creek; running southwesterly to a point 34° 17.9722' N - 77° 44.5103' W on the southern shore of the creek.

(f) Scotts Hill Marina – All those waters within Scotts Hill Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 325 feet beginning at a point 34° 18.7161’ N - 77° 43.9107’ W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 18.6661’ N - 77° 43.8065’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 18.5644’ N - 77° 43.8799’ W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 18.6030’ N - 77° 43.9624’ W on the south shore.

(h) Forest Sound Marina – All those waters within Forest Sound Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 275 feet beginning at a point 34° 21.4820’ N - 77° 40.8110’ W on the shore north of the marina; running southeasterly to a point 34° 21.4581’ N - 77° 40.7756’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 21.4023’ N - 77° 40.8303’ W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 21.4312’ N - 77° 40.8731’ W on the shore south of the marina.

(j) Queen’s Grant / Briney Canal - All those waters within 400 feet of the last dockage spaces at Briney Canal and Queen’s Grant beginning at a point 34° 22.9387’ N - 77° 36.7398’ W on the north shore; running northwesterly to a point 34° 22.9853’ N - 77° 36.7883’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 22.8918’ N - 77° 36.9098’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 22.8416’ N - 77° 36.8577’ W on the south shore.

(k) R & Q Basin - All those waters within 200 feet of the last dockage space in R & Q basin beginning at a point 34° 22.9362’ N - 77° 36.6730’ W on the northeast shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 22.9240’ N - 77° 36.6881’ W on the southwest shore.

(n) South Topsail Beach Canals – All those waters within the three canals at South Topsail Beach near the inlet and extending beyond the dockage facilities 600 feet beginning at a point 34° 21.0628' N - 77° 39.1536' W on the shore southwest of the canal; running northwesterly to a point 34° 21.1300' N - 77° 39.2319' W in the sound; running northeasterly to a point 34° 21.3157' N - 77° 38.9192' W in the sound; running southeasterly to a point 34° 21.2278' N - 77° 38.8176' W on the shore northeast of the canals.

(q) Oak Drive Canal – All those waters in the canal near Oak Drive in Surf City upstream of a line across the mouth beginning at a point 34° 24.7994' N - 77° 34.3859' W, running northeasterly to a point 34° 24.8044' N - 77° 34.3777' W.

(r) Atkinson Road Canals – All those waters in the canals near Atkinson Road in Surf City upstream of a line across the mouth beginning at a point 34° 24.9765' N - 77° 34.3282' W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 24.9718' N - 77° 34.3087' W; thence running easterly following the shoreline to a point 34° 24.9868' N - 77° 34.2630' W; thence running northeasterly to a point 34° 24.9922' N - 77° 34.2509' W.

(s) Peninsula Lane Canal – All those waters in the canal near Peninsula Lane in Surf City upstream of a line across the mouth beginning at a point 34° 25.8212' N - 77° 33.6698' W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 25.8258' N - 77° 33.6613' W.
