(a) Bogue Sound Area – All those waters bounded on the west by a line beginning at a point 34° 43.6158’ N - 76° 52.7718’ W on the north shore of the IWW; running southerly to a point 34° 43.3003’ N - 76° 52.8581’ W near Channel Marker “19”; running easterly to a point 34° 43.4674’ N - 76° 51.7641’ W near Marker “17”; running easterly to a point 34° 43.4410’ N - 76° 51.0620’ W near Channel Marker “15”; running easterly to a point 34° 43.4686’ N - 76° 50.7154’ W near Channel Marker “14”; running northerly to a point 34° 43.7375’ N - 76° 50.6973’ W on the north shore of the IWW as the eastern boundary. To include Jumping Run Creek, Sound View Creek and Gull Harbor.

(b) Salter Path – All those waters within a boundary beginning at a point 34° 41.4139’ N - 76° 53.7862’ W on the shore west of Salter Path; running northerly to a point 34° 41.5058’ N - 76° 53.7934’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 41.5263’ N - 76° 52.6905’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 41.4488’ N - 76° 52.6498’ W on the shore east of Salter Path.

(c) Pine Knoll Shores Area – All those waters bounded on the west by a line beginning at a point 34° 42.2114’ N - 76° 49.0289’ W on the shore; running northerly approximately 100 yards to a point 34° 42.2609’ N - 76° 49.0299’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 42.2518’ N - 76° 48.0603’ W approximately 100 yards from shore; running southerly to a point 34° 42.2026’ N - 76° 48.0601’ W on the shore.

(d) Beacon’s Reach – Westport Marina – All those waters within Westport Marina at Beacon’s Reach and extending beyond the dockage facilities 400 feet beginning at a point 34° 41.5943' N - 76° 51.5525' W on the shore west of the basin; running northerly to a point 34° 41.6474' N - 76° 51.5510' W in the sound; running easterly to a point 34° 41.6464' N - 76° 51.4145' W in the sound; running southerly to a point 34° 41.5988' N - 76° 51.4158' W on the shore east of the basin.

(e) Brandywine Bay Inc. – All those waters within the marina at Brandywine Bay and extending beyond the dockage facilities 275 feet beginning at a point 34° 43.7011' N - 76° 50.2410' W on the shore west of the basin; running southerly to a point 34° 43.6650' N - 76° 50.2593’ W in the sound; running easterly to a point 34° 43.6388' N -76° 50.1437' W on the shore east of the basin.

(f) Sea Isle Plantation North (Bogue Banks Area) – All those waters within the basin at Sea Isle Plantation North beginning at a point 34° 41.5942’ N - 76° 52.2484’ W on the shore west of the creek; running northwesterly to a point 34° 41.6134’ N - 76° 52.2657’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 41.6596’ N - 76° 52.1938’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 41.6398’ N - 76° 52.1748’ W on the shore east of the basin.

(33) BROAD CREEK AREA (Map 33)

(a) Broad Creek – All those waters in Broad Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 42.7715' N - 76° 56.5494' W on the shoreline west of the mouth; running southeasterly to IWW Beacon “27”; thence running northeasterly to IWW Fl. Beacon “25”; thence running northwesterly to a point 34° 43.0646' N - 76° 55.6809' W on the shoreline east of the mouth.

(b) Roger Jones Fish Company – All waters within the harbor at Roger Jones Fish Company and extending beyond the dockage facilities 200 feet beginning at a point 34° 43.1357’ N - 76° 55.4671’ W on the west shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 43.1059' N - 76° 55.4279' W in the sound; running easterly to a point 34° 43.1051' N - 76° 55.3768' W in the sound; running northerly to a point 34° 43.1312' N - 76° 55.3762' W on the shore east of the harbor.

(c) Salty Shores Marina – All those waters within Salty Shores Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 275 feet beginning at a point 34° 42.6008' N - 76° 57.1908' W on the shore west of the basin; running southeasterly to a point 34° 42.5650' N - 76° 57.1455' W in the sound; running northeasterly to a point 34° 42.6331' N - 76° 57.0627' W in the sound; running northwesterly to a point 34° 42.6609' N - 76° 57.0979' W on the shore east of the basin.

(d) Gales Creek – All those waters in Gales Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 43.5909’ N - 76° 54.1617’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 43.5974’ N - 76° 53.9572’ W on the east shore.
